I understand this is a pre-payment for a special order item and the order cannot be cancelled or altered once the manufacturing process has begun. Warranty is limited to product failure and only if applicator has followed all of the application instructions. Warranty is not applicable for color related deficiencies as the variables involved with the manufacturing and application of this product can yield various results. The finished product should not exceed a variation of more than 10-15 % from the approved sample.
